Mr. Asfar, a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in Mechanical Engineering and MEP consultancy, serves as the visionary leader of DMB Services Pvt. Ltd. He earned his B.Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering from Maharishi Dayanand University Engineering College, Rohtak (India), in 2012. His journey began with an internship at Indraprastha Power Generation Co. Ltd., which set the foundation for his remarkable career.
From 2012 to 2016, Mr. Asfar honed his skills as a Mechanical Engineer at M/s Innovative Consulting Engineers. He further advanced his expertise during a two-year tenure as a Senior Engineer. Equipped with an extensive range of experience, Mr. Asfar founded his own company, Design Max Building Services, which has evolved into the successful and industry-leading MEP consultancy, DMB Services Pvt. Ltd.
Spearheaded numerous projects as an accomplished MEP Consultant, delivering innovative and sustainable solutions tailored to client needs. His leadership and technical acumen have positioned DMB Services Pvt. Ltd. as a trusted name in the industry.

Ms. Almas, the co-founder and partner at DMB Services Pvt. Ltd., brings a wealth of expertise and a passion for sustainable design. With over five years of experience as an accomplished architect, she is dedicated to delivering quality-driven services that emphasize the importance of sustainable MEP functioning in modern buildings. Her leadership plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s mission to positively impact society.
She holds a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) degree from TMU and a Master’s in Building Services from Jamia University, providing her with the credibility and technical foundation to ensure the highest standards of service delivery.
Her professional expertise spans various domains, including hospital planning, commercial building projects, MEP coordination, detailed project reports (DPR), residential interior and exterior design, modular furniture, signage design, and comprehensive project management. She also excels in logo and signage design, showcasing her versatile skill set.
Beyond her professional endeavors, her personal interests include writing, sketching, salsa dancing, and engaging with people, reflecting her dynamic and creative personality.
